Osasco, Brazil: This is a heartbreaking situation and urgent rescue
is needed for this helpless dog; he was left chained outside, near a street
corner, with no shelter whatsoever.
He has been left there for over a week. He has received little food
and water during all this time, most of it from passers-by. But this is not the
only problem. It has been raining heavily in the municipality of Osasco, yet
this dog had no place to take shelter. Is is unclear who the pet belongs to and
it is also not known why the person that took the photos did not rescue the dog
and bring him to safety.
Please just take a moment to look at the photos; this pooch is in
terrible pain. He is miserable, feeling scared and, most important of all, he
is deprived of precious food and water he desperately needs.
Your help is needed so this dog is rescued and taken off the
streets!
Take action now and urge the authorities to act as soon as possible
and rescue this helpless canine.
