Punish boy that abused dog in front of his parents!

Petition goal: Implement animal education lesson in all schools in Iran.

Exclusive: Punish thugs that cut dog’s ears off and posed for photos!

About this petition: A merciless child was filmed while grabbing a defenseless puppy by his ears and biting him several times, over the ears and face. The scene takes place in plain sight of other children, who are either puzzled or amused by the incident. Either way, none of them intervenes to stop their friend. The puppy is in terrible pain throughout the entire video. Towards the end, the distressed pup is thrown to the ground, as he screams in dispear, asking for mercy.

The video ends, but the suffering of that poor dog is there to stay. The child had reportedly been upset and annoyed that the dog did not obey his orders, so he decided to step it up a notch and teach him a lesson the hard way. 

I am deeply appalled that a child this young is capable of mistreating a puppy in this manner. Where is the humanity, where is the compassion? What will these kids grow up to be like, if they are learning to mistreat animals at such a tender age? Where are the parents? These are many questions that need an answer.

The future is not bright at all for the people of Iran – the country where this happened!

A good solution to teach animal welfare is to introduce mandatory classes in school that would allow children to learn about kindness and compassion and the correct way to behave towards pets and animals in general. I strongly feel that this would be an excellent measure that would drastically dimish such abuses.

Right now, there is no one to provide such types of information to the younger and teachers – who are widely respected in the Iranian culture – are the best people fit to do it.
