The dog in the photo is Zeus. He has been mistreated for years by his heartless owner. Forced to sit in a ditch, with little food and water, chained 24/7 for so much time.
Neighbors have alerted authorities on countless occasions, but every time officials came to inspect, they would issue the owner a warning and just walk away. They did this every time.
After a never-ending battle, charges against the heartless woman pictured above have been finally filed and Zeus has been removed by local animal control.
However, since the owner was not banned from owning pets pending her court trial, she went out and bought herself a new dog and placed him in the same spot Zeus stood for years. The new dog looks so miserable and unhappy, just as Zeus looked for years. (see photos below)
Outraged neighbors have called the local sheriff’s yet again, but they were told that nobody can come to help and that “they hands are tiedâ€.
How can authorities be so indifferent? How can this woman be allowed to simply go out there and purchase a pet dog, while she awaits charges on another?
Prompt action is needed, before this new pet dog is harmed. It is obvious that this woman has absolutely no consideration for the welfare of her dogs and therefore the pet needs to be removed for her “care†as soon as possible.
