Support jail time for coward that beat dog until it died in broad daylight!

The shocking incident has unfolded in the peaceful town of Aguilas, region of Murcia, in Spain and has left many members of the community extremely angry and frustrated. Please support my petition and ensure that justice will be done and the attacker will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and will be jailed.

A small mongrel dog escaped from the home of its owners and was spotted wandering around a nearby settlement, not causing any trouble whatsoever. However, one of the shop owners believed the dog was driving off customers and decided to teach the pooch a lesson he would never forget. The business owner therefore grabbed the dog, took him in front of his store and beat the defenseless dog with a huge stick, before leaving the canine motionless in the street.

An ambulance that was in the area spotted the wounded animal on the street and rushed to help. Neighbors and witnesses also came to assist. The dog was immediately taken to a veterinarian, but doctors failed to keep him alive. The terribly wounded animal succumbed to his injuries and passed away in terrible pain.

Witnesses were able to quickly point out the perpetrator. He has been identified as a 43-year-old man from Morocco. His name cannot be published here due to legal reasons. The perpetator is pictured in the photo on the right.

It is my understanding that the authorities have already commenced an investigation into this matter. This is a huge step in our quest for justice, but please understand there is a long way to go. Take action now and ensure this heartless shop owner will be prosecuted to the fullest extent and given mandatory jail sentence. There is simply no excuse for his actions and I sincerely hope he will be fully held accountable for what he did.
