The incident involving a precious tiny dog was captured on the CCTV camera of an apartment building near Jerusalem, Israel. Since the footage has been made public, it has caused numerous negative reactions around the globe. The purpose of this petition is to urge the justice sytem to apply the full penalty available by law against this heartless man. Please do not remain indifferent and take action now!
The incident starts to unfold as soon as the well-built individual enters the apartment complex along his tiny dog. Visibly irritated that the dog was not obeying him, the man starts to hurl the fragile pooch around by her leash. This goes on for a few minutes. The attacker is also spotted kicking the dog several times, grabbing the canine in his arms and throwing the gentle creature against the floor. The dog can clearly be seen taking a hard landing to the concrete floor. The attacker also stomps on the dog a few times, before ringing the elevator.
Police was summoned as soon disturbing footage was reviewed by a
security guard. The callous attacker’s name is Salman Ahmed, 37. The incident
took place in Beit Safafa, in the suburbs of Jerusalem in Israel.
A police investigation has been launched and charges of animal neglect have been filed. The man claims that he does, in fact, love animals, but simply lost his temper and this prompted him to behave this way.
Despite the terrible attack, the dog survived. She has suffered numerous wounds, but she is now well looked after by staff at a local animal rescue group. She will be available for adoption as soon as she is 100 per cent healthy.
Please take action to ensure true justice will be served. This
subhuman should be sentenced to a hefty jail term, in addition to a permanent
ban on owning animals. Sign and share the petition and ensure this heartless
man will learn a lesson about how pets should be treated!
