Under the current legislation income assistance clients who's spouse recivces cpp payments are haveing this money deducted doller for doller from their monthly cheque leaveing an average of less than 700 dollars a month to pay bills/buy food with the rents riseing every day it's impossible to live from month to month on that amount and families with children have a difficult time supporting their kids on such a small amount. so I urge priemier horgan make cpp payments exempt now and help bring positive change to clients/families reciveing assistance.
