It is truly saddening and revolting that such inhumane and cruel practices are allowed to take place in the 21st century. Please support this campaign and urge Italian luxury retailer Dolce & Gabbana to stop using angora fur in their collections and spare the lives of thousands of innocent rabbits!

A video published on the Internet shows just through what suffering rabbits are forced to go through for the sake of fashion – every time you come across a garment made out of angora fur, think about this video and the screams of those bunnies in distress!

Exclusive: Punish thugs that cut dog’s ears off and posed for photos!

Dolce Gabbana, the well known Italian fashion duo, is one of the biggest companies to use angora fur in their collections – each year, thousands of rabbits are skinned alive for D&G fur items such as luxurious fur pelts, gloves, caps or purses.

Most of the production is conveniently outsourced to China, a country without animal welfare laws and with cheap, yet skilled labour. These two characteristics have consolidated China’s position as the world’s global fur exporter.

China entrepreneurs have set up so-called “fur farms”, where animals such as rabbits, minks or foxes are bred exclusively for their pelts. Forced to live in terrible conditions – such as spend all day in tiny, dirty cages with little food and water – those animals live a life no animal should forced to do. And it is all in the name of fashion. The skinning process is probably the worst end to their sad, miserable lives – for instance, rabbits have their fur ripped off of them as these gentle creatures scream in pain and beg for mercy. But heartless workers do not stop until the job is done. Afterwards, the animals that have not survived are discarded in the trash like disposable objects. Other rabbits are placed back in cages (in complete solitude) for their fur to grow back again. This is the true cost of fur, which few of us unfortunately get to know!

Please take a stand against these outrageous and outdated practices and ask Dolce Gabbana to stop selling angora fur effective immediately.

Armani has recently announced it will drop all fur items from its collections. We sincerely applaud Armani for this announcement and hope a strong message will be sent to the industry and other prestigious brands such as D&G will follow suit.

We, the undersigned, would like hereto to inform D&G management that we will not be buying any of the company’s products until our demands are reviewed and fulfilled.

PS. Always be vigilent when going shopping for clothes and make sure you do not buy ANY fur garments.
