Punish family that savagely beat their pet cat for stealing some food!

Members of the Friends of Animals, an animal welfare organization, received a call about a possible abuse at  house in Villa Dolores, Cordoba, Argentina.

Rescuers arrived at the scene shortly afterwards and were appalled to discover a badly wounded cat. The terrified kitten had been savagely pounded over the head and dumped in the trash. This all happened because the moggy had stolen some dinner food. The man of the house did not take this incident lightly and decided to teach the cat a lesson he would never forget.

He grabbed the kitten by his scruff, dragged him outside and hit him repeatedly with a metal bar, before tossing her away like an unwanted object (a short video of the incident is available online).

The cat fully deserved it for eating our dinner – the suspect stated when confronted by rescuers.

The cat was rushed to the hospital with a fractured skull and is in danger of losing sight in one eye. He will remain in the hospital for the next week; I will post updates as soon as I have them.

Please show your support to ensure this cruel father is brought to justice and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. His actions are disturbing and unacceptable! That poor kitty did not deserve any of this and I can’t even begin to imagine the suffering he had to endure.
