Apprehend men who strapped dog to wall, hit him with stones and laughed!

The shocking video was published on Facebook in July. Since then there has been no update on this issue and I am asking everyone for your felp. These subhumans need to be stopped at all costs, they are a true danger to society!

This particular group of men strapped a dog to a wall and started hitting the helpless animal with rocks. During the video (about three minutes long), stones and other objects are thrown towards the dog, who is unable to set himself free. He can be heard howling in distress throught the entire video.

At one point, in the background men can be heard clapping and dancing, extremely happy people that hurt an innocent creature.

The video does not provide specific information about who and where these people might be. It basically can be anywhere in the Middle East.

I truly wanted to bring justice to that poor soul and I hope everyone that reads this petition thinks like me and would like the same thing.

I have thought of three things that we can do:

First of all, sign and share the petition with everyone, hoping someone will come forward with addition information
