Help bring this breeder to justice!

This photo was posted on a Facebook account belonging to Slick Pulla. A white pit bull is grabbed by its scruff and paraded in front of the camera. 

The person in the photo has been identified as Matt Delarosaand (real name). In the comments thread, he explains that he recently sold this dog and now feels terrible, expressing his regret at taking this decision.

According to the information posted online, this man was born in New York and now lives in Reading, Pennsylvania. At job status, he is listed as self-employed. Most likely, Delarosaand is working as an illegal breeder and could also be involved in other activities. One thing is certain: he is no stranger of harming innocent animals.

Immediate action is imperative, because we don’t know how many dogs he still has in his custody. All those canines are in great danger and must be rescued without any delay.
