Justice for dogs dragged by their leash in the middle of the street!

A video that shows a man lifting two small breed dogs up in the air by their lead and dragging them in this manner on the streets of Colombia, in broad daylight, has surfaced online.

The perpetrator can be seen walking down the street as he chokes the animals by keeping them lifted up in the air. Concerned passers-by tried to stop him, but the merciless attacker refused to release the dogs.

So many good people have stepped up to help the dogs but they had no success in doing so.

Some are even heard yelling for the police but there were no officers nearby. 

The man eventually got away and went on his way still carrying the dogs up in the air. The animals weren't moving anymore and it appears to have been destroyed by hanging.

I want to make this go viral and I want to send a message to the authorities and ask them to take immediate action to identify this man and have him brought to justice!
