The video on which this petition is based was posted on a page about animal welfare and shows the extent to which some uncaring people are willing to go to entertain themselves: these idiots were completely ignored the health of a stray dog in order to have themselves a nice time, filled with joy and laughter.
The person on the far right of the photo above is the one that organized the entire prank. He was undergoing some major renovations at his home and a stray dog passed by so he thought this would be an ideal situation to have some fun.
He had one of his workers capture the helpless pooch and spray him with red paint – which is toxic and could cause serious health damaged if applied on human and animal skin. But that didn’t matter, as long as he got to film the entire scene, which he later uploaded online to brag to his friends. The worker is just as guilty as the prankster himself, as he had nothing to say about this, following the orders he was given precisely.
The incident took place in Gilan province, Iran. After the job was finished and the dog was entirely painted red (including his eyes), the poor canine was set free and left to blindly roam around a residential neighborhood.
The dog was eventually found by a good Samaritan; it took the kind man over three whole hours to remove the entire pain from its body, but it was worth it: as soon as he was done, the happy dog started to lick him and jump around in an emotional scene.
Please support this petition to ensure this uncaring prankster is brought to justice. He willingly endangered the life of an innocent dog with the sole purpose of entertainment, something that we, the undersigned, find completely unacceptable.

El video en el que se basa esta petición se publicó en una página sobre bienestar animal y muestra hasta qué punto algunas personas despreocupadas están dispuestas a entretenerse: estos idiotas ignoraron por completo la salud de un perro callejero para tener una Buen momento, lleno de alegrÃa y risas.
La persona en el extremo derecho de la foto de arriba es la que organizó toda la broma. Estaba experimentando algunas renovaciones importantes en su casa y un perro callejero pasó de largo por lo que pensó que esta serÃa una situación ideal para divertirse.
Hizo que uno de sus trabajadores capturara al perro indefenso y lo rocÃe con pintura roja, lo cual es tóxico y podrÃa causar graves daños a la salud si se aplica sobre la piel humana y animal. Pero eso no importaba, siempre y cuando pudiera filmar toda la escena, que luego cargó en lÃnea para presumir a sus amigos. El trabajador es tan culpable como el bromista mismo, ya que no tenÃa nada que decir al respecto, siguiendo las órdenes que se le dieron con precisión.
El incidente tuvo lugar en la provincia de Gilan, Irán. Después de que se terminó el trabajo y el perro estaba completamente pintado de rojo (incluidos sus ojos), el pobre canino fue puesto en libertad y se lo dejó vagar a ciegas por un vecindario residencial.
