Punish thug that kicked cat like football and laughed!

A shocking video showing a heartless yob callously kicking a defenseless kitten is making the rounds on social media. I am asking everyone reading this petition to take a moment and support this cause.

This monster lured the gentle cat with some food, then kicked it high in the air while laughing. His friends filmed the entire scene and did nothing! They are just as guilty as their friend. The kitty landed on a car, it meowned in distress before running away. The victim's condition remains unknown.
