A video showing a taxi driver running over a harmless dog has emerged on social media. It was clearly an intentional act and I hope that as many people out there sign this petition so this heartless person can be brought to justice!
The video is about 30 seconds long. The puppy is in the middle of the street, as the yellow taxi approaches. Instead of honking its horns or wait for the puppy to walk away, the cruel taxi driver simply runs the puppy over. He stops for a few moments, but does not get out of the car to check on his victim. After another few seconds the driver takes off like nothing wrong happened!
In the background, the puppy is visible shacken up. He is suffering and is in tremendous pain, as he tries to shake off the vicious impact. There are no updates on the dog currently.
The heartbreaking incident took place on the streets of Bangkok, Thailand and the taxi’s license plate numbers are Mor Jor 4910.
The dog’s owner, Woramin Ponnap, has labeled the incident as ‘disgusting’ and claimed the dog is allowed to walk around freely, because he is no trouble maker.

There are no animal welfare laws in Thailand, so charges are extremely unlikely
to be filed, but the taxi company must fire this driver as soon as possible, so
show everyone that harming animals is not a company policy.
