I am asking everyone’s help to get this dog away from his owners who chained him outside on an extremely short leash and left him there to perish. According to neighbours, the dog is forced to sit in this position day and night, regardless of the weather and his owners are not even giving him food and water; concerned residents have tried to speak with the owners and pursue them to bring the pet inside, but to no avail. The owners have absolutely no intention to unchain the pooch.
Just look at the photos, that poor dog is miserable. Swift and immediate action must be taken to ensure he is freed. No animal deserves to be treated like this, no matter what the circumstances are. If the owners did not want to keep the dog anymore, they could have surrendered him to a local shelter or ask a friend to adopt him. Such kind of behavior is downright unacceptable!
The dog is situated in Ozumbilla, in the Mexico City Metropolitan area, near the Salon Jardin, on S. Pablo Street, house number 35-2.
I am not sure how much longer this dog can resist in this environment.
Please take action now and urge the
authorities to rescue the dog and sanction theowners for their actions. Sign
