Help rescue dog locked outside without food and water for weeks!

I am reaching out to all animal lovers across the globe to help rescue this dog in distress. This poor canine was locked on the roof by owners who did not want him in their life anymore. As you can see in the video attached to the petition, the dog was also left without food and water for what seems to be weeks. The pooch can barely stand up on his own feet. At the beginning of the clip, the dog collapses to the ground while walking; after a few seconds, he gets up and searches yet again for food, only barely able to keep it together and not fall once again.

The disturbing video was taken by a concerned neighbor and posted on social media, where it drew widespread criticism.

If they did not want to keep the dog, the owners could have asked friends or family if they were keen on adopting the pet or could have surrendered the canine to a local animal shelter. There is simply no excuse for what they did!

The dog needs immediate rescue, his life is in danger! It is imperative we act fast. We also demand that the cruel owners are charged with cruelty to animals and held accountable for all the suffering they have caused to their pet dog.
