India – Punish thugs that strapped fireworks to cow’s face and set them off for fun!

An innocent cow was a victim of a group of ignorant people that had nothing else to do but to perform a sick, disgusting prank on her.

They grabbed some fireworks and took them in a nearby field where cows usually came to graze. It seemed to be just another ordinary day for that cow, but it all was about to change in just a matter of seconds: the animal was preparing to enjoy a batch of fresh grass when the firecrackers went off right in her face.

Her jaw was shattered and her face was literally torn apart; the defenseless creature was left in a pool of blood. Local residents heard the loud noise and went to see what happened. They were shocked to discover the badly wounded animal while the attackers ran away like cowards they are.

All of this happened in the village of Lilamba Raipur, in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. A non-profit organization agreed to take in the cow, but due to the lack of equipment they are looking to transfer the wounded animal to a highly-equipped unit. In the meantime, vets are working to stabilize the animal and are keeping her on antibiotics.

We, the undersigned, are truly appalled that such cruel people can exist in this world. We demand an investigation that will ensure swift justice will be accomplished. The abuse of innocent animals should not be tolerated for any reason whatsoever.
