Demand jail time for owner that left pet dog to starve for days with muzzle taped shut!

Morley the dog was mistreated and extremely neglected by his owner, 32-year-old Martin Doyle at his residence in Satford, United Kingdom, for an extended period of time.

Neighbors were able to film several heartbreaking scenes and reported the irresponsible man to the RSPCA.

The videos show how Doyle taped his pet dog’s muzzle shut with a belt and later taunted his pet with food. He ended up tying Morley to a bicycle outside the balcony.

In another heartbreaking video, the man can be seen going onto the balcony with a mop and bucket, before throwing all the dirty water over the dog’s head.

As a result of his despicable actions, he was found guilty on three counts of failing to meet the needs of an animal at Manchester Magistrates Court. He is due to be sentenced later this year.

However, because he repeatedly failed to appear in court, a warrant on his name was issued. Judicial officials claim that the culprit has since moved to Wales.

Here is what David McCormick, prosecuting on behalf of the RSPCA, stated about this case:

Morley was not able to drink the water provided because of the material around his muzzle. He had no confortable resting place and was not in place safe from injuries.

Morley was transferred to a rehoming center since the attacks took place.

Please support my petition and demand the maximum penalty available under current laws against Martin Doyle. He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and never be allowed to own pets again!
