Justice For Roxy – Tied up in a stream with severe injuries!

Greater Manchester, England: The body of Roxy, a brown bull mastiff cross, was found in a stream in Lilford Park, Leigh, with her jaw tied shut, her nose broken, and a host of cuts and bruises covering her body.

Roxy was recovered by members of Neutering 4 Paws, who organized a vigil in her memory last week.
