Justice For Samosa – starved and dumped on the streets of Philadelphia to die!

An emaciated dog was found on the streets in Philadelphia, PA, last week

Samosa, the Pitbull mix, was brought to the shelter six days ago in horrible condition.  The lonely pup was found at 38th and Aspen Street, weighing only 36 pounds. Samosa is 3-5 years old, and although she is still skin and bones, the shelter staff hopes her adorable personality will help find her a new home so can start looking healthy and happy again.

I am shocked and saddened to see a dog so emaciated and I really hope that the person responsible for this abuse gets punished.

Samosa is now receiving small meals and the shelter veterinarian is expecting her to make a full recovery.

Please take action and sign the petition and mobilize the authorities to look into the case and have the person responsible for Samosa’s suffering brought to justice. We demand that every effort possible is made to find the culprit and have him brought to justice.
