Another incident that shows how police officers are treating innocent family dogs has online surfaced. The victim, a gentle pit bull that was only trying to protect her home. But that did not matter in the mins of a heartless police officer, that decided to put her down viciously anyway. The family is now in shock and is desperately calling for justice. A police offier arrived at the house of Alejandra Burbano in Popayan, Columbia on official business when Tiara went out to greet the man in uniform. In a sequel of events that still remain unclear, the dog allegedly bit the police officer, so the attacker retaliated and shot the dog in the heat a few moments after.

Ms. Burbano immediately arrived at the scene only to discover her precious dog barely breathing. She took the poor animal inside in an attempt to provide medical assistance, but there was nothing more that could be done.

The woman took to social media to share her story and thousands of outraged citizens assured her of their support. The post containing the photos of the dog’s lifeless body in the aftermath of the attack have been shared over 12, 000 times thus far, with many angry netizens calling for justice.

As a response, the police officer posted a photo of his alleged bite from the dog. It was a mere scratch, which only comes to prove that the attacker is nothing but a coward!

Ms. Burbano owns another pit bull, Titan, who also ended up being hurt during the sick attack. He is severely injured, but hopefully he will be able to pull through.

Even if the dog had allegedly attacked him, the man could have issued a warning of some kind, there was no need to put the dog down.
