Prosecute monster that cut puppy’s ears off for fun and bragged about it online!

Please support my petition to bring this cruel monster to justice. These actions are unacceptable and he must be held accountable for this monstrosity by all means.

This is the second such case that unfolded in Turkey in just a matter of days. Last week photos of two thugs that cut off a dog’s ears for losing a fight have been published on social media. This happened in the municipality of Isparta; I understand that the perpetrators have been captured, but the wounded dog is still missing.

Now, this guy has decided to do the same thing. He did not hesitate to chop this puppy’s ears off using a knife, with no anaesthetic or any other medicine administrated to the dog. Just imagine the pain endured by this helpless creature. How would you feel if someone did this to you?

Shortly after perfoming the improvised surgery, the attacker took to social media and posted a photo of what he had done, with a smirk on his face. The photo was met with strong criticism, which prompted the coward to delete it. His Facebook profile is still active, however.

The perpetrator’s name is Mustafa Oz. According to the information posted on social media, he lives in Istanbul. The puppy is still with him so immediate action needs to be taken.

Please show your support to bring this monster to justice. We need to send a strong message to the authorities that such acts will not be tolerated anymore!
