Prosecute schoolboy that kicked stray dog several times and laughed!

I came across this heartbreaking video on Facebook and I am asking everyone to take a moment to sign the petition so justice can be achieved.

The footage reveals how several teenagers approach a stray dog, that was peacefully sitting at the entrance of a block of flats. In just a matter of seconds, the boys surround the defenseless animal and, suddendly, one of them starts to kick the dog. He does this again and again, while his pals giggle and film the scene. The attacker kicks the harmless animal without any mercy and seems to be really enjoying himself.

Then, his friends come into place and torment the animal even further, by simulating an attack, simply to test the dog’s reflexes.

According to the information presented in the original Facebook post, this sad and revolting incident occurred somewhere in Sector Five in Bucharest, Romania, a place with a lot of stray dogs. There is no precise location indicated, but the faces of the attackers can clearly be seen on camera.

Support this petition and do not let this despicable behavior go unpunished. These callous teenagers must be brought to justice and taught a lesson about how to treat animals. There is simply no excuse for what they did!
