Prosecute woman that used her dog to hit several people during dispute!

A video surfaced on social media depicts the treatment of a tiny dog by its heartless owner and has gotten me extremely concerned about the canine's welfare. Please sign the petition so this heartless woman can be brought to justice and the dog removed from her ownership.

The video is only seconds long, but perfectly illustrates the abuse. The owner is seen getting into a quarrel with two other people on the street. Things turn sour quickly and, at one point, the woman uses her small pooch to hit another woman in the face, before running like a coward, holding the terrified dog by its leash.

According to the comments in the original thread, this upsetting incident occurred on 8th Street, in the city of Camden, New Jersey.

In my view, such behavior is completely unacceptable. This callous woman needs to be prosecuted for physically mistreating her dog and endangering its life. It is extremely important that canine is removed from her custody as soon as possible. The owner clearly has absolutely no value and consideration for her pet dog.

Demand justice for that small pooch, he definitely deserves so much better than this!
