Punish British woman that beat up defenseless pony!

A shocking video of a grey pony being abused has gone viral on social media. We, the undersigned, demand that this heartless woman, identified as Chloe Morgan, is charged with cruelty to animals and loses her training license and the right to own animals from now on.

At the beginning of the video, Ms. Morgan climbs on the back of the gentle animal to sit bare – with no saddle as the grey pony seems to be tied to a stable block. However, the pony rejects the move and bucks to throw Chloe Morgan off, which triggers and upsetting and shocking response. The woman starts shouting at the defenseless animal, before whipping the pony several times.

‘You’d buck me off?’ the woman can be heard screaming.

Meanwhile, another man (who has yet to be identified) holds the pony dubbed Emry and kicks the poor animal twice, before the distressing footage comes to an end.

The footage was posted on social media and quickly went viral, with thousands of people demanding justice. The RSPCA was made aware of the incident and went to investigate, however their conclusions stunned everyone. The British-based animal charity concluded that the animals on Ms. Morgan’s property fulfilled the basic care required and did not show any signs of blatant abuse and therefore no charges have been filed in this case. We, the undersigned, hereto inform the RSPCA that we find this decision outrageous and unacceptable.

We are extremely concerned about the welfare of the animals which are on Ms. Morgans property and hereby urge the RSPCA to reconsider their decision and file charges against this abusive woman. The evidence is all there, it is absolutely obvious for anyone that this woman should not be allowed to get anywhere near an animal again. Her behavior is disgusting and she needs to be held accountable for her actions now!

Please support my petition and speak up for those who cannot speak. Chloe Morgan – the horse abuser – must be brought to justice!
