Punish handler that smacked dogs in the head with broom!

I recently came across a disturbing video of an elderly woman whacking a group of dogs over the head using a broom. I set up this petition because I want this ruthless person to be brought to justice and never allow her to get anywhere close to dogs or other animals from now on. Please support my campaign and help bring punishment.

The heartless lady operates a dog pound in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Neighbors have repeatedly called local authorities to report that the woman is constantly mistreating the dogs. Frustrated that nothing was being done, one of the neighbors took matters into his own hands and recorded the woman, catching her red handed.

The dogs howl in distress, but this does not stop the callous lady from hitting them on and on with a broom.

She clearly has no heart and could not care less about the dogs she is supposed to protect and look after. This abuse cannot be tolerated anymore. An intervention on behalf of the state authorities is mandatory, because those dogs need immediate help. They have been living in constant fear and pain almost every day and this cannont continue as it is.
