I have come across a deeply distressing video on social media and I need everyone’s support to ensure justice will be achieved; it is my true belief that this jerk must be denounced for his actions as soon as possible.

Here is all the information I know so far: The coward lives in the municipality of San Gregorio de Nigua, in San Cristobal province, in the Dominican Republic; his name is Ewin Herrera and he seems to have no respect for anyone. Annoyed that a helpless street dog wasn’t allowing him to enjoy his bear, Mr. Herrera decided to have some fun with the pooch and picked him up by his tail and started to toss him around in the air countless times, as his friend recorded the scene with a poor quality mobile phone and encouraged him during the entire time. The scene, which lasts for roughly 20 seconds, was taken at the Fenix Liquor Store; after dismissing the dog he shows his muscles and waves towards the camera. Meanwhile, the dog clearly did not enjoy any part of this experience; I have no updates on his condition, but it appears he escaped with only minor wounds amid this unwanted encounter.

The video was posted online and drew widespread criticism; the coward proceeded to delete his social media accounts and went into hiding. I am not aware of any investigation in this matter up to this point, which is a true shame, because if authorities let him off the hook, they the theory that no one is above the law is tossed out the window. 

Mr. Herrera must be held to account for his unreasonable behaviour towards a defenseless dog. Please support my campaign if you agree.

Me he encontrado con un video profundamente angustiante en las redes sociales y necesito el apoyo de todos para garantizar que se logre la justicia; Es mi verdadera creencia que este imbécil debe ser denunciado por sus acciones lo antes posible.

Aquí está toda la información que conozco hasta ahora: el cobarde vive en el municipio de San Gregorio de Nigua, en la provincia de San Cristóbal, en la República Dominicana; su nombre es Ewin Herrera y parece no tener respeto por nadie. Molesto porque un perro callejero indefenso no le permitía disfrutar de su oso, el Sr. Herrera decidió divertirse un poco con el perro y lo agarró por la cola y comenzó a lanzarlo al aire innumerables veces, como su amigo registró La escena con un teléfono móvil de mala calidad y lo animó durante todo el tiempo.
