Punish man that abuses innocent kittens for fun and brags about it online!

I found this on a social media page that exposes people that hurt animals in China and this man certainly tops the list by far! Please help me bring this monster to justice and make this petition viral. This lunatic is seeking attention, let’s give it to him!

This no-good man grabs kittens from the streets, takes them to his apartment and hurts them in the way few of us can even start to imagine. For instance, one kitten has a plastic wrope tied around her head as she screamed in distress, begging to be rescued; another little feline has hed tongue pulled out while fully conscious; another moggy had her eyeball removed, in a scene that still haunts me! Not only is this monster abusing kittens at his own will, he is also documenting the abuse thoroughly and publishing it on social media, for everyone to see. He says he has no regrets about what he is doing!

Moreover, he seems to be taking great pleasure in his actions, as he updates his social media profile with the pics of the distressed kittens.

Outraged netizens exposed the man’s identity: his name is Chen Liang Liang and lives in Shanghai. On Weibo (the equivalent of Twitter in China), netizens have also posted information such as his home address and mobile phone number. 

This poor excuse of a human being needs to be stopped or else he will just keep coming after innocent kittens! We cannot let this happen! The city of Shanghai cannot afford to have such people roaming free on the streets.

I am indeed aware that China lacks animal protection laws, but the time has come to make a difference for the animals in need. Sign the petition and urge the authorities to launch an investigation, bring this monster in and set an example out of him. This abuse must be sanctioned as soon as possible.
