Save a horse, Change a Life FOREVER.

I created this Petition because I have seen too many horses left to starve and die, or just be sent to auction when their use is up. How many horses run barrels, leap jumps, spend their lives giving birth to foals, run like the wind with a rider hunched up on their backs, give their all, and then just be dumped for a few hundred dollars??
True, this is not a petition to keep people from barbecuing dogs or skinning cats. But this is something that is completely legal all over the world.
