Punish man that beat harmless dog with stick!

A revolting photo of a severely mistreated dog has emerged on social media. The photo was published by Facebook user Wafik Mhrowhe, who is pictured holding the dog’s lifeless body with a huge stick (photo on the left). The dog’s mouth is all covered in blood – there is no doubt that stick was hit to hit the defenseless animal several times, before the dog finally succumbed to this terrible injuries. I cannot even start to think about how much pain and suffering this innocent creature had to endure.

Feeling extremely pleased with his actions, Mrowhe decided to upload the photo on Facebook and let his peers know what he had been up to. While some actually appreciated his actions, there were many angry netizens that criticized the teen’s despicable behavior. The attacker seemed to have no shame or remorse about what he had done, claiming it was ‘the right thing to do’, because dogs are vermin and a nuisance to society and he had simply grown tired of the vast amount of strays in the city. According to the information posted on his account (now deleted), this heartless attacker lives in Beirut, Lebanon. Scrolling though his Facebook profile, he had posted numerous photos in military uniform, which led netizens to believe he might be enrolled as a soldier in the Lebanese Army. However, this information has been dismissed as inaccurate.

Regardless if he is a soldier or not, this coward’s actions are simply inexcusable. We, the undersigned, sincerely hope this poor excuse of a human being will be investigated and brought to justice as soon as possible. This sick, twisted individual is extremely dangerous and might attack again anytime. We cannot afford to find out who his next innocent victim will be.
