We demand justice for dog dragged behind pick-up truck by speeding driver!

A disturbing incident involving a defenseless dog was caught on camera and published on social media. Psychologist and teacher Janet Noseda was peacefully driving alongside a road near the commune of Alhue, Melipilla province in Chile when suddenly she spotted a dog in distress.

The canine was left to hang by its leash outside the car and was being dragged around. Instead of slowing down and get the dog to safety, the man speeds up like a madman. Noseda recalls that she tried to warn the driver, but he simply sped up and the teacher eventually lost sight of the vehicle.

The dog’s owner was adamant to harm the poor animal. The white pick up truck had the following numbers: DP VD 63. The teacher sped up as well and managed to catch up with the driver, only to see that the wheels of the vehicle had crushed the dog’s legs. At one point, the dog’s leash was cut and the dog ended up being run over by the pick-up truck and perished moments after, following a deep suffering.

Noseta also claims that when she got closer to the vehicle, her windshield ended up splashed with the dog’s innocent blood.

Noseda claims she got in touch with local police, but officers did not respond to her request, so she decided to publish the video on social media and demand justice.

Please show your support to ensure this monster is identified and brought to justice as soon as possible. This was clearly an intentional act. The driver had numerous occasions to stop and save the dog. It was impossible not to notice the larged-sized dog howling right next to your window.
