This horrible act of cruelty occurred in the municipality of Brasov, situated in the historical region of Transylvania, famous for Dracula’s castle.
A person recorded this footage and posted it online in order to raise awarenes on the issue. One of her neighbors was sinking something in a bucket filled with water. The witness says she initially had no idea what was inside, but when she heard kittens crying and when she was in utter disbelief.
The man was stuffing the little creatures into the water filled bucket and kept them underwater with a improvised broom. He was drowning them on the spot.

The witness wanted to remain anonymous but advised everyone to save the video before it is taken down. The horrible incident happened a few days back.
I want this sick bastard prosecuted! Please join me in signing the
petition and help me send a message to the authorities and have this moron
punished for taking the lives of innocent kittens. He tormented the poor
animals and drowned them without any remorse! There is no way this man should
be free, not after what he did!
