Demand jail time for coward that shot neighbour’s dog and smiled at the camera!

This man has caused tremendous outrage on social media after uploading his trophy photo, where he can be seen holding the body of a lifeless dog while smiling and posing for the camera.

On his Facebook account the man explains that he hates dog and he wishes all of them could disappear. He argued that in that day, the planet has one dog less.

The man was extremely upset because his neighbors keep letting their dogs loose and claims he has warned them countless times to keep their pooches on their property if they still want them alive.

The dog was shot without remorse. As if this was not enough, the man posed for a victory'\ photo with a smirk on his face, seemingly he has no regrets about what he did.

Startled witnesses claim that the dog was not being aggressive and was not chasing / attacking any livestock at the time the cowardly attack was carried out. The dog was only taking a stroll in the neighborhood and ended up paying the ultimate price for this.

The 31-year-old man lives in the village of Zgorigrad, in the district of Vratsa in Bulgaria. An animal welfare organization got ahold of the photos and immediately alerted both the press and the authorities.

Local law enforcement officers paid the attacker a visit and filed charges against him. According to the penal code, such actions are punishable with a fine and up to five years in prison.

The reality couldn’t be anymore different unfortunately, since no such abuser has been sentenced to a single day in prison in all of Bulgaria’s modern history. All culprits have walked away with either a warning or a fine, a mere slap on the wrist in comparison to the pain and suffering they have caused to God's creatures.

Today we have the opportunity to make history. Urge the authorities to set an example out of this man and send a clear message to the entire Bulgarian nation: harming animals is not acceptable and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We, the undersigned, demand that this monster is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and no mercy is spared! We hereto demand mandatory jail time against the perpetrator. There is no excuse for what he did and he must be held accountable for his actions at all costs.
