Investigate lowlife that threw cat over high fence and laughed!

The video was posted on social media and shows a man hurling a defenseless cat over a high fence while his friends can be heard laughing and cheering in the background.

The video is short, but speaks volumes about what this ruthless man is capable of doing.

This is what we do with the cats in the hood –  the man says at the start of the video. Moments after he grabs a cat and tosses it over the fence as the terrified feline screams in distress.

There are no updates on the cat. Hopefully, it managed to regain control in the air and land safely on its feet.

Unfortunately, there are no specific indications of where this cowardly attack might have taken place. All we know is that it occurred in somewhere in the United States. No ID on the attacker has been provided provided either.

The FBI has announced it will make a priority out of such cases. We, the undersigned, want this man investigated and brought to justice as soon as possible. Who knows what he is capable of next, if he did this to a defenseless cat? What is even more concerning is that he and his buddies find his actions amusing!

Abusing animals should never be a source of entertainment!

Take action and demand an investigation into this case immediately and make sure this jokester is held accountable for what he did to that poor cat!
