Justice For Ariel – pet dog deprived of food and water for weeks!

Baltimore, Maryland: Ariel was found tossed into a black garbage bag along a street by a good Samaritan

Concerned that an animal could have been trapped, the neighbor opened the bag and was horrified to find the pup. Tragically, the little brown dog was nothing but protruding bones and moving fleas. Ariel’s skin was infected on rotting and it appeared to be bleeding from every pore.

Animal Control officers transferred the helpless puppy to the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) and Ariel, as she has been dubbed, weighed only 29 pounds when she arrived at the shelter.

Emaciated, dehydrated and unable to stand or walk, emergency veterinarians think she may have been poisoned with rodent repellents
