Baxter, Kentucky: A woman without a soul has been booked and charged
for throwing her small dog into the road, not once, but twice.
The evidence against the woman is compelling: dozens of shocked witnesses as well as CCTV camera footage were made available to the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office.
Evelyn Galloway, 49, was spotted throwing her small terrier over the fence of her yard onto the middle of a Baxter road. The helpless dog managed to come back to her home, which drove Galloway extremely angry. She grabbed the dog again and thew it with all her force back onto the roadway again, this time in front of an ongoing vehicle.
The dog suffered a shattered right hind leg as a result. Galloway is currently at the Harlan County Detention Center.
The pet, named Maggie, will remain in foster care until the end of the case. She expected to be placed to a loving and caring family as soon as she can be legally released.
There is no indication what spurred this woman to act this way towards an innocent dog.
We, the undersigned, are calling for a full prosecution in this case against the suspect, in addition to a ban on owning, having custody, or being in the company of animals in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Please sign and share the petition and demand justice for Maggie!
