Justice for dog chocked and dumped on the street!

Rabat, Morocco: A lifeless dog  was found with a plastic bag wrapped around its head.

The yellow-coated dog, which appears to be a female, was reportedly found by a girl who alerted a neighbor.

 The picture of the dog was uploaded to Facebook by Doris Micallef, who said the dog appeared to have been suffocated.

Asked for a comment, the parliamentary secretariat responsible for animal welfare said that the case was not reported to the authorities and it is unsure if they will begin an investigation regarding the case.

Veterinarians said the dog had signs of abuse and it appeared to have died of suffocation. They believe this didn’t happen by accident and that he was destroyed.
