A man has been booked and charged after dragging his pet dog behind truck for few miles. The suspect, identified as Abdel Mahmoud, never admitted to any wrongdoing and lied to police about the dog’s injuries.

The incident took place last summer on Nashville Pike in Gallatin, Tennessee. As the owner was spending along the road, he had his two dogs tied down in the bed of his truck. At one point, one of them jumped out of the moving vehicle. The gorgeous white Pyrenes dog was dragged behind the truck for a while, before the owner spotted something was wrong and finally pulled over.

Exclusive: Punish thugs that cut dog’s ears off and posed for photos!

When several witnesses reported the incident to the police, Madhmoud claimed the dog had not suffered any injuries. But when Hendersonville Animal Control picked up the dogs for an investigation, they were shocked to see the pooch with severe wounds.

In spite of the fact that the dog was badly injured, the owner had never even tried to transport the canine to a vet and get him the medical attention he desperately needed.

This heartless driver must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Please sign the petition and let the authorities know that we, the undersigned, will not tolerate such cruel treatment of a family dog. We hereby ask authorities to pursue the maximum penalty available by law, in addition to imposing a ban on owning, having custody, or being in the company of animals in accordance with the relevant legislation.
