Prosecute father that dragged pet dog behind car for miles in front of daughter!

Images of a defenseless dog being dragged behind a vehicle for miles have surfaced online. I set up this petition with the view of bringing justice for this terribly abused dog – I want to make sure the owner is punished to the fullest extent of the law and is never allowed to keep pets again. The cruel owner, identified as Omar Jugo, was seen tying up his dog to the back of his vehicle with a rope. He then nonchalantly got into the vehicle and started driving around town like nothing was wrong. A pair of startled witnesses took photos of the harrowing scene and uploaded them on Facebook. Witnesses finally managed to pull the callous driver over, but it was already too late: the dog has passed away. This innocent creature suffered so badly in his final moments on Earth. Probably the most shocking thing is the fact that the attacker’s young daughter was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle that was used to drag the poor animal.

The reason for this inexplicable and inhumane gesture remains unknown. The driver was quick to untie the dog and flee the scene, proving everyone he is nothing but a coward.

The incident took place in the city of Santiago del Estero, Argentina and the car’s number plates are: ECP 389.

Netizens went to work and found the man’s social media profile. I scrolled through it only to discover he is passionate about card and motorcycles and is married and has a young daughter. I can’t help but wonder what kind of example he will set to his child?
