Prosecute man that chopped innocent kitten into pieces!

Petition objective: To bring Julian Higuera Salgado, a Mexico City resident, to justice for this sick and cowardly attack on a defenseless cat.

Exclusive: Punish thugs that cut dog’s ears off and posed for photos!

This daunting image – which I am not sure I will be able to get out of my mind soon enough – was posted on Facebook and is being shared around intensively. The photo was taken by the attacker himself, who felt the need to share the series of gruesome images with all his friends on Facebook.

The cat seemed to have been bothering this man and since the attacker had nothing else better to do at the time being, he proceeded to shred the cat into pieces in an attempt to teach the innocent moggy a lesson.

The photos received mixed reactions on Facebook. Some of the attacker’s closest friends actually congratulated him for his outrageous gesture, while others condemned the attack and unfriended the coward instantly.

It is still unclear whether the cat was a stray or actually belonged to someone.

The attacker’s name is Julian Higuera Salgado. A friend of his, Sergio Chavez, was also tagged in one of the photos, which means he is somehow connected to this unlawful act.

As soon as the negative reactions started to pour in, Salgado deleted his Facebook account, not before taunting his critics and claiming he would act this way all over again. A screenshot of his Facebook account before being deleted is also circulating online. According to the information provided on social media, Slagado was born in Tijuana and now lives in Mexico City.

I am asking each reader to support this petition and help ensure this poor excuse of a human being is identified and brought to justice as soon as possible, before more animals fall victims of his ruthlessness.

An investigation ito this case should commence without delay. Authorities must act fast and send a clear message that such despicable and unlawful behavior will not be tolerated in the Mexican society under any circumstances.
