I came across a video of animal abuse in which a person has a kidnapped dog, he hits it and then launches it from the ground to a roof and later from the roof to the ground. He is face covered, but there are other pictures that allow to uncover his identity.

The name is Mateo Fernando Rosete Chavez

He lives in Patzcuaro, Mexico
