Punish monsters that hung dogs from tree and posed for photos while smiling!

I have seen the above photo on numerous Facebook groups for animal lovers. It shows two heartless monsters smiling after they hung two defenseless dogs from a tree. The perpetrators seem to be taking it lightly, posing for photos with a smile on their faces. It seems they did it only for the thrill of it. Most likely, the dogs were forced to fight, but ended up losing the bouts, so they were punished for their poor perfomance.

I did some extensive research on this matter and discovered this horrible event occurred in Corrientes, Argentina and dates few years back. Details are rather scarce, but I found no evidence whatsoever that the monsters in the photo have been identified and brought to justice.

These actions are a breach of the animal welfare act in Argentina (law. No 14 246 adopted in 1954) and are punishable by current laws. I am not even sure the authorities were aware of the actions reproduced in the photo above. The fact that these people have not been held accountable and are still at large gives me shivers down my spine.

I am therefore asking the authorities to look into this matter / reopen the case if necessary and do everything in their power to ensure these heartless people are caught, as it is quite obvious they do not deserve their freedom. These monsters will not stop unless prosecuted – who knows how many more innocent animals they have harmed during this period of time?

Please sign the petition and help me get these men off the streets. There should not be any statute of limitation on issues related to cruelty to animals!
