Justice for puppy dragged behind scooter for miles!

A video posted on Facebook showing a callous owner dragging his puppy behind his motorbike has gone viral. People are calling for justice and I started this petition to ensure this heartless person is punished and the puppy is removed from his ‘care’! Please do not look the other way and take action, that puppy desperately needs our help!

The man owns two dogs and this is his idea of keeping the pooches in good physical shape. One cute, small black puppy is tied with a rope against the back of his scooter, while the other was is jogging right near him. At first, the puppy is able to keep up the pace, but moments after he gets extremely tired and falls to the ground, ending up dragged behind the scooter. The owner notices this fact, stops for a moment, but continues his journey unabiased! Obviously that no-good owner does not care at all about the suffering inflicted on his pet dog. He is so lazy and careless he cannot even take his pets on a proper walk!

The incident took place on the streets of Taiwan. No precise location has been pin pointed, however, netizens posted a photo of the motorbike’s license plates (see photos below) which could be a valuable lead in finding the suspect. The license plate number is 131-NQP.

Despite the fact that the video has been shared over 10, 000 times and over 2, 000 people have expressed their outrage, and investigation has not even commenced, which means that the dogs are still in the attacker’s custody. Who knows what this heartless man might do next!

It is extremely important to pursue authorities to investigate this case. That puppy is in terrible distress and is no longer safe with this cruel person. Help ensure the perpetrator is identified and appropriate charges are filed as soon as possible!
