Punish idiot that electrocuted innocent dog in broad daylight several times!

The entire municipality of El Carmen de Viboral in Colombia is outraged after an inconsiderate person attacked a dog in broad daylight, right in the middle of the street. Local residents want nothing but justice for that innocent creature.

This unthinkable incident was caught on camera. The attacker can be seen walking down the street, as the dog peacefully sits in front of a motorcycle store. As he passed by, the man suddenly pulls out a device and attacks the dog, sending waves of electricity into the dog’s body in a matter of seconds. The stunned dog manages to escape, but the man is reluctant to give up and keeps charging. The camera does not capture the entire incident, but it might look like the dog finally managed to escape and run away.

The dog was being looked after by residents of the neighborhood and by shop owners in the area; the dog was gentle and was loved by everyone for his calm and peaceful nature.

A group of animal welfare advocates viewed the tape and decided to forward it to the authorities. This is the third case of animal neglect that took place in the department of Antioquia in Colombia.

It is quite obvious that the situation has gotten out of hand. Police need to investigate this man and make him accountable for his actions. The police need to make an example out of this man and show the entire country that such acts will not be tolerated and will be harshly punished! That dog was innocent, there was no reason for him to get this kind of treatment. Help get the attacker caught and taken off the streets, he is a dangerous person!
