Bodrum, Turkey: A lifeless dog was found by a passer-by in the middle of the street wrapped in a plastic bag. The dog’s body was covered in injuries and there is no doubt this was an intentional act, as he was badly mistreated and had signs of trauma and neglect virtually all over his body. The person who found the dog said he saw a black garbage bag in the middle of the street and went to investigate. When he opened the bag he found the dog’s body. He knew the dog was abused as soon as he saw blood stains on his fur.

At this moment there is no investigation regarding this case and the sick attacker is still free to roam the streets of Turkey searching for a new victim.

Exclusive: Punish thugs that cut dog’s ears off and posed for photos!

The dog was emaciated and looked like someone has hit him repeatedly before tossing him in the plastic bag. He was eventually dumped in the middle of the street for everyone to see as the abuser seemed to be proud of his actions. He sent a message to the entire community that he is not afraid of repercussions and he will strike again.

In an effort to mobilize the authorities to investigate this case please join me in signing and sharing this petition! Demand immediate action from the authorities and see that the culprit gets apprehended and prosecuted!
