PROBLEM: Puppy mills are places that overbreed and dehumanize puppy's and dog's. also the name might be puppy mills but they also contain kittens and cats. the condition's of these places are terrible, dog's and cats are put into cages with their own waste.
SOLUTION: More animal rescues and goverment funding, because most animal rescues are on their own and get funding by sad commercials(yes im talking to you ASPCA). if we have more goverment funding that make it so animal rescues can go and find and shut down puppy mills. Also we should have a law against puppy mills, because i consider it a form of animal cruelty.
