Justice for dog dragged behind leash by elderly owner!

An elderly person was spotted dragging a dog by his leash in broad daylight. A couple of teenagers saw the evil man and approached him, trying to explain to him that what he was doing was very wrong.  However, the man didn’t seem to care at all and continued his journey unabiased. He is even spotted pounding the animal a few times with his cane.

Since the dog is reluctant to take a walk, he is dragged by his leash on and on. The teens pull out their mobile phones and start recording; they later uploaded the video online in an attempt to raise awareness on this issue. The video quickly went viral, with a lot of people expressing their anger towards the man’s attitude.

The original post indicates this heartbreaking incident took place on the streets of Tulcea, in eastern part of Romania. As you can see, it was broad daylight and the person in question was mistreating his dog in plain sight, which speaks volumes about his lack of conscience and morality!

The evil grandpa wasn’t keen at all to keep the dog as a pet  - it turns out that he was heading towards a nearby forest to get rid of the dog.

Fortunately, a local rescue agency stepped in and managed to rescue the distressed canine in the nick of time.

They say we must show compassion towards the elderly. But when the elderly have no compassion and no soul, how are we supposed to react? It’s just an innocent dog. No pooch ever deserves to be treated like this! 

Please sign and share and demand this person is prosecuted for mistreating his pet in front of everyone! Age is not an excuse and no one is above the law!

If the man didn’t want to have the pet anymore, he could have surrendered it humanely, there was absolutely no need to make him suffer like that.
