Please support my petition so this terrible owner can be brought to
justice without further delay. He is known in the Mexican city of Guadalajara
only as JRO – as we speak animal rights activists are trying to find more
information about him.
During a raid at his property, a pet dog that no longer resembles a
canine was discovered. The dog, who was chained to a kennel, had been eaten by
flies and ticks and was nothing but skin and bones – JRO had left him without
food and water for what seems to have been weeks and weeks. The helpless dog
had absolutely no way of escaping.
It has also emerged that the dog in the photo above is not his only
victim – it is believed that three other dogs were starved to the point of no
return by the same man. It is unclear what his motives are, but this heartless
individual must be brought to justice as soon as possible!
One of the witnesses that came forward is his own aunt, who admitted
her nephew enjoyed making dogs suffer and would be extremely happy after they
passed away in inhumane suffering.
We, the undersigned, nevertheless hope JRO will be held accountable
for his sick actions to the fullest extent of the law. There is simply no
excuse for what he did and we must make sure he suffers the consequences of his
actions indeed!
