The disturbing video of a dog dragged behind a vehicle at high speed
has been recently posted on social media. The shocking images were recorded on
a highway in San Jose los Arroyos, Paraguay and are nothing short of revolting.
Another driver spotted the troubed dog being tied with a rope to the back of
the vehicle and decided to snap some photos as evidence.
The cruel owner behind the steering wheel was driving way too fast
and the witness would have never been able to catch up and stop him. The dog
showed no signs of life for miles and it is highly unlikely he survived the
ordeal.
The witness later posted the images on social media and demanded
justice for that helpless pooch. It is still unclear was prompted the owner to
act in this terrible, inhumane way, but it is obvious that the pain and
suffering of this innocent creature was tremendous.
The video and images went viral on social media and the driver has
been identified with the help of these pieces of evidence.

Paraguay unfortunately has a poor record of dealing with cases involving
cruelty to animals and this is why putting pressure on the authorities is
essential. We must ensure swift and stiff prosecution for this cruel man that
had no right to do what the did!
