Support justice for Robin – tied in backyard with muzzle on her face for weeks!

This defenseless dog was rescued by the Baltimore County Animal Control unit after being subjected to an unbelievable degree of neglect her entire life. Robin was tied to a chain in a backyard, she had her muzzle taped shut and received little food and water during all this time. 

As the above photos illustrate, she was in a very poor state of health, with a swollen face, after a rope was tighly wrapped around her neck, to the point it even remained embedded in her skin. Because she had trouble opening her mouth, Robin was unable to eat or drink for what seems to have been an extended period of time.

The first time she yawned, she yelped in distress. Her feet were also extremely swollen – and vets believe they were also tied together for the past few weeks.

After receiving round the clock emergency care, she is now resting confortably at a foster home. Due to the level of damaged tissue, she will need to undergo several surgeries and many appointments to the veterinarians. Vets have indicated that she might also need reconstructive surgery and may lose part of a lip during the process.

Support my petition so Robin can get the justice she deserves! The owner that neglected her for so long needs to be brought to justice and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please do not turn your back on this beautiful soul and demand punishment for the person responsible for this unlawful treatment of an adorable pet dog!
